John grew up in the historic city of Savannah, GA, before heading to Middle Tennessee State University, where he earned his degree in Electronic Media Communications. After graduating, John was drawn to the financial services industry, driven by the opportunity to help others steward their assets, serve them with integrity, and continue learning in an ever-changing market.
He holds through LPL his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and has spent the past decade in the industry. His experience has equipped him to provide comprehensive financial advice to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, small business owners, institutional clients, and 401(k) participants.
One of John's favorite aspects of his job is the research. He thrives on the challenge of staying ahead of market trends and finding strategies for his clients. However, there's something equally satisfying about crossing items off a task list and seeing tangible progress.
The P.T. Barnum quote, "Money is a terrible master but an excellent servant," resonates with him deeply. It encapsulates his belief that financial resources should work for us, not the other way around. John's approach to serving clients is centered on understanding their unique needs and providing consistent, high-quality service. He is there to guide his clients every step of the way.
When he's not in the office, you can find John spending time with his family. His wife, Lauren, and their two children, Meg and Mason, are his greatest joys. They love traveling, exploring new places, and trying out different cuisines. John also enjoys golfing and photography, which are great ways for him to unwind in his free time. John is an active member of City Church in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, where he resides.
